Our Mission
At Fashion Week Internships we believe that by sharing the excitement, glamour, intensity, and creativity of the fashion industry we can help develop and inspire the next generation of fashion designers, trendsetters, creatives, and leaders.
Our internship programs deliver tailored fashion industry opportunities, helping hundreds of students and graduates take a step forward in achieving their dreams every year.
Since our launch, we have been fortunate enough to have built a great team dedicated to delivering that goal, and now work with some of the industry’s best known brands, designers and fashion industry businesses around the world.
We are extremely proud of our achievements to date, but also conscious of our responsibility to continually grow, develop and strive to deliver ever higher standards of care and quality, resulting in more immersive and meaningful experiences for our interns.
Everyone at Fashion Week Internships agrees to follow the 6 guiding principles that together make up our identity and ethos. Only by striving to meet each of these principles though our daily actions and interactions can we be sure that we are delivering life-changing opportunities to our interns.

Every year as part of our internal team and service assessments, our interns are asked to provide feedback on their experiences - covering everything from how comfortable their accommodation was, to how much they learned during the internship. This process allows us to continually benchmark how well we are delivering on our goal of providing fun, immersive learning experiences, and helps us to educate and train FWI staff and our host company partners, to improve future FWI intern experiences. Since the business was relaunched after covid, we have sought to deliver an even better service, which we expect will be reflected in our 2023 results as our partner network has now fully bounced back, and the new team has settled into their roles. 2023 data will be added in February 2024.
